We do NOT charge for our full-service purging program (min volume requirements do apply).  Other service requests may have a cost.

Obviously, it does cost to provide all of the services to purge a facility of archived film.  XRP uses the value of silver reclaimed from the film recycling and destruction process to cover our costs and profit.

Yes, we are happy to offer a rebate on the recovered silver if possible. The rebate is dependent on a couple of factors:  The volume of film recovered and the silver price at time of project.  A very small amount coupled with a low silver price would be difficult to offer a NO COST job AND get a rebate. The initial project review should be able to determine what rebate could be offered so that there are no surprises.

XRP has service for all 50 states including Hawaii.

You can expect dealing with professional, ethical, and helpful personnel.  Why?  Because that is what we require!  We pride ourselves on good communication, and respecting the professional environment that we work in.  Our goal is to have each facility so pleased that each would have no trouble recommending us.  We work hard to attain that end!  You will be provided documentation following the project such as a Certificate of Destruction and Reports as needed.
